  The staff do so much more than just fulfil a function - they genuinely want to make your stay as care-free and as happy as possible. Everyone (receptionists, cleaners and restaurant staff alike) went out of their way to engage us in conversation - to ask us about our plans for the day (and to offer suggestions about local places of interest etc) a... what people say » nd then to have the courtesy, the memory and the interest to follow up later, by asking us how the plans had worked out. It was a real pleasure to exp - It was dog friendly so we had a five star stay with our dog. It was wonderful to have such freedom around the area and to feel so far away from everything. The staff were just brilliant, the small superb menu changed every day, everything tasted so fresh and was cooked to perfection. We can't wait to return.

  The whole atmosphere was good and my wife and i immediately were able to relax from the the time we entered the hotel. The spa facilities were really good and the location from the town was just right. The staff were so helpful. and always had a smile for you. We even had a welcome from the hotel cat (at least we thought it was from the hot... what people say » el ) - The service was always pleasant and friendly. The whole place was nice and clean. The room was very comfortable and it was lovely and quiet at night, so very restful. Food was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

  we found the staff friendly,and attentive,nothing was too much trouble.The hotel was very clean and modern.The position of the hotel was very near to the seafront ,quiet,nearto shops,theatre ,cinema,etc.Food was well presented ,plenty of choice,good cooking.the parking was private around the back,also a courtyard to sit out around the back. - .   The Miramar Hotel, is excellently located not far from Llanelli town centre, and best of all it is within a short walking distance after a long train journey.   We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was excellent. The staff, (Louise and Nick especially) and Mandy the owner and her daughter Sarah (not to mention the Cavapoo dog Milo, just the same as our dog Charlie!) were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Also a good a tip for small appetites is to ask for a small portion when ordering dinner! The Inn has - From arrival the staff were very courteous and helpful.   Excellent hotel. Staff very welcoming. Room was very spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely be booking this hotel when we return to the area next year - Wonderful location, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Not too busy. Swimming pool was wonderful!
