The room suited our needs and had a kettle and tv. The restaurant downstairs provides a very good and affordable menu, and the food was good too. We also ordered the breakfast which was good value. The Staff were also friendly and welcoming.

The staff were really friendly and efficient. The menu was extensive and the inn was well situated. Bedding and towels were clean and of good quality.
we stayed for one night on way to collect a car, we were made to feel very welcome by all staff and local customers, food was lovely.

The decor is tired and even shabby in places particularly the en suite facilities - had deteriorated since our previous stay last summer.
We were in a room right next to the main road it was incredibly noisy even at 3 in the morning and we found it difficult to sleep. The furnishing was very tired and not comfortable. The whole place is in dire need of a refurb.

we where held up by traffic and rudely told that check in shut at ten ,we had to send a member of family to drive to Carmarthen to collect keys as the place shut at 11pm.we came down for a funeral and the family where upset.we would had better reception at a small bed and breakfast!!!!

Our room was next a very busy road, the shower curtain was damp, smelly and stained. Tea stains on walls, it had been dusted for some time, the wasn't handle on wardrobe only two nails and a piece of string. The sound didn't work on all channels of Telly. They only had strongbow cider on tap and bulmers in bottles. 3 out of the 4 meals we ate there had hairs in them. You have to pay for room night before.
