  Brilliant customer service. My partner Christine mentioned to reception the water was not hot when she had a shower. The lady on reception said she would investigate if there was a problem with the hot water system. As we checked out the receptionist said there was a problem with heating the water she had called an engineer and she refunded the co... what people say » st of our night in the hotel. Fantastic customer service. Well done Premier Inn. - Room was comfortable and the rooms were quiet with no noise from other guests. The location of the beefeater next door was good. The receptionist Pat was extremely friendly and helpful and one of the nicest front of house staff we have met.

  For my summer holiday this year I decided to leave the passport at home and opt for a touring holiday, specifically the Pembrokeshire and Carmathenshire coasts. The first half of our journey we thought Laugharne would be a central location so we opted for Browns hotel. Having read bold claims about the quality of this hotel I was skeptical as to w... what people say » hether this would live up to expectations, but it did and greatly surpassed them. The staff are friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Cleanliness - Everything! This is a wonderful hotel. Standards are really high. The hotel is in a lovely little village, made famous by Dylan Thomas who lived there. Our room was in a new wing, on the site of the old ballroom. It was absolutely perfect. Wi-Fi in the room, HD TV, really comfortable double bed and a great shower. Tea and coffee making facilities included real coffee and a plunger coffee pot. Food in the bar was great and breakfast exceptional! Highly recommended!

  The friendly staff and ideally located for visiting both The Gower and Pembrokshire coast. It was a bonus to find the Millenium Coast Park created at Lllanelli. - Small, quiet Hotel with a pub next door. The hotel is in as new condition, with large well furnished rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
