    This was our first time staying at a Premier Inn and we where very pleased with our choice,it was very convenient for visiting our friends. The young lady on reception was very friendly and certainly knew her job,she was a lovely girl. The room was brilliant we had a disabled room and the wet room was great and the size of the overall room was exc... what people say » ellent.A Great all round experience. - All the staff were helpful, friendly and cheerful which makes the stay even nicer. We always look forward to the lovely choice of breakfast, a real treat and there is no rush to eat up which a perfect start to the day.     The room at the Premier Inn was exactly as described and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was also quiet. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and made you feel very welcome. The same can be said of The adjoining Brewers Fayre. The food was as expected for the restaurant chain, the staff again put this above others I've eaten at. I would definitely stay here again.

    The proprietor, Anna, is a most interesting and friendly person. She combines efficiency with charm and informality.     The staff were very friendly and informative and made us feel very welcome and that nothing was to much trouble. Rooms were very quiet as the Premier Inn promises. - Receptionist was 110% after booking .com cock up. Managed to get us into a family room for 4 as booked ! She was lovely when we arrived and chatted about our trip (we were competing at a horse event) as well as asking how we had got on when we returned each day.     The reception staff were very helpful and the booking/checking process was swell handled. The staff at breakfast time were also very helpful and friendly and made sure that not just I, but everybody else felt welcome and looked after.
