  Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

  Room was lovely and clean, a bit on the small side, but that wasn't a problem. We ate in the ajoining chinese restaurant and the food was exellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, both in the hotel and restaurant. My only complaint would be the lifts, they seemed to take such a long time to come, but this wasn't a major issue we just used the stai... what people say » rs.   I had reservations as I only stay in 4/5 stars but for location I choose this hotel for Valentines day as it was walking distance to Wembley Stadium and I did not want to stay some where and I was not happy.From checking in to checking out I was very happy.   It was really busy on the night that we booked in at around 11.30pm. The gentleman who booked us in had just finished his shift.   Very convenient location for Canary Wharf and 02 arena. Walk from the hotel and catch the DLR to Canary Wharf from East India (few mins walk, literally - and not main roads to cross), or take a 2 minute walk across a set of Traffic Lights to Blackwall DLR. Both stations take you to Canary Wharf, but please not you have to get off at Popular to g... what people say » o to Canary Wharf. And on depart to Canary Wharf to either of above, stop at Popular. Trains are so quick, less waiting and right until midnight. An - It is only 5 mins walk under a tunnel from Blackwall station, you can see hotel from DLR. Tea/Coffee and good size rooms, power shower!! Comfy beds, handy to have a hairdryer.I would stay again but ask for a do not disturb sign for door! He said he would follow this up. - I stayed for 4 nights on business. I had a minor car park trauma (my fault) and was faced with telling a guest that i had hit their vehicle. I reported this to the reception and they could not have been more helpful - the Italian gentleman (i apologise i did not record his name) was very helpful and was the epitome of professional -thank you very much. The rooms were comfortable and everything you could need. I will stay again. Free breakfast, free wifi. what more do you need?
