  Very friendly, helpful staff. The room was tastefully decorated with a good sized shower room, a really comfortable bed and an electric fan to help reduce the summer heat. The breakfast was very good - lots to chose from and all very tasty.   Great location, the children loved the spa bath and tv in the bathroom. We were given a late check out and when my son left a valuable item in the apartment, a member if staff went and got it and secured it until it was collected. Interesting thing about th - We arrived here as a family with young children of 3 and 6 years old. We stayed at this hotel for 1 night only in a Family Apartment which we can recommend to travellers like us. Everything a family with children would need when travelling was present at this apartment. There was enough space, the kitchen was of a good size, very clean and all possible utensils. The staff was polite and understanding. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. We liked there and will come back when we visit London again.
