We went to the Sky lounge on both nights and was great to sit outside for beers and cocktai - We were greeted immediately upon on our arrival from a very helpful, efficient member of the reception team. As we had arrived early our room wasn’t quite ready, but the receptionist immediately got onto the housekeeping to make it a priority. We were given the delicious warm cookie to eat while we checked in. We left our luggage and went to do some sightseeing.   It is an elegant hotel in a quiet but very nice district. It is very close to London Bridge, Tate Modern, Borough Market, Shakespeare globe. Within walking distance there is nice restaurants and cafes. There is even a cinema across the hotel. The tube is within 10-15 min. walk from the hotel. To sum up B2 has elegant - Extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay! Very quick check in with lovely staff who helped us to find bus routes. The room we stayed in was amazing - everything from the layout to the comfy bed and huge shower made our stay so fun. We also had a great view onto the courtyard where the sun came in, and were able to see the park. We were able to leave bags for the day. Tower Bridge was just down the road! Short bus journey to Waterloo/Southbank areas too.

It has all facilities a busy traveller needs including excellent free internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby, very responsive staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms.   Hotel Rafayel is a class act, it is grand design that mixes latest technology without being over bearing, and architecturally this is one of the finest hotels for the quality and the price I paid for. I took a suite and 223 is one great suite, it is huge and the facilities are immense. I would had to pay three or four times the sums I paid her... what people say » e in the west end, I never believed in their slogan of affordable luxury but it seems that luxury is available affordably at Rafayels. Five star hotel - I was very concerned as I had read few reviews about the location. I think location vise it on one of the best find, few minutes from my favorite haunt Blue Bird on the Kings Road. Locations is more than offset by unimaginable luxury of the rooms and the size of the corridors, immense public areas for a small hotel likes this added character and class to our entire stay. Very few hotels attract me to stay two evenings in a row for food and spa, this definitely did, will stay in future.

  couldnt fault anything, staff excellant, friendly atmosphere, would definatley stay again and again. - It was clean and very comfy and very handy to the Olympia Exhibition Centre where I was working.
