Near to Earls Court venue which is where we were going. Easy walking distance (5mins) had bar and restaurant on site but also nearby, also had parking - hotel and stafff vedry clean and friendly. also rooms very clean

The room was spacious with high ceilings. Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom had bath and a show. The bed was extreamly comfortable. Wonderful large flat screen tv with plenty of channels. very close to my office so location excellent for me and only 2 mins walk from the tube so great for getting around London. I will be stopping again when next in office

Location! How much closer could you be to Shepherds Bush Green and Westfield. Ubber Modern hotel with nice security features, lovely room with huge shower and a bed that is a comfy as my own (that takes some doing!) sound proofed room so even though the hotel is above and adjacent to West 12 shopping complex - you really hear nothing from outside the room! - Aircon that works and is controllable - I have stayed at a few Ibis Hotels and this one in W12 is top of the tree thus far - For a stay in

As returning customers , we knew the standard of service and accomodation would be excellent . The Westland is far enough away from the very centre of town but within easy reach of all main stream attractions . With three tube stations inside a five minute walk and Hyde Park right opposite , the hotel is a wonderful base for a London break. Thanks

Hotel under renovations and road closed but it was never less good. An explanation of air conditioning would have been helpful. We saw 28 heat and thought it was ON so we were cold for a day. First time in 40 years of ANY hotel we we charged to store our luggage for a few hours--and also charged £10 an hours overstay when we requested late stay provided hotel not full. Our plane took off 6pm. Not a way to keep customers. On principle I would prefer to pay £25 more at the Radisson 4 stars nearby
