  Excellent location for the tourist in London, close to galleries, theaters, shopping, events and sights. Relatively easy access from Heathrow. Reasonable prices. Good breakfast. - we were upgraded into a a fabulous suit at no extra cost.great location right near all the attractions excellent staff could not fault this hotel at all

  The position of the hotel on The Strand was brilliant for sight-seeing. Even though our room was at the front the shutter system meant we had virtually no noise or light at night, so we had a good nights sleep. All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition.
