  I did not need to ask for anything - everything was just right - the staff especially the concierge were very helpful with directions to various places in london. it was very resonably priced and close to leicester square for our theatre visit

The hotel stored our luggage and arranged transportation to the airport later that afternoon. The afternoon tea was just ok, but the setting was great.
