I liked the bed & bathroom, location was really great for our purpose of going to the Embassy. Really good value for location. the staff were very freindly and nice. the brakfast was excellent. the bed was extrimlly comfirtable!. Good size room, conveniednt location, good breakfast, friendly staff. Good position for shopping etc. Breakfast food and staff excellent.

Note we are both smokers but didn't want to smell others stale smoke! No free wifi. the furniture are old and not modern and it is hard to use the closet. Small room with no drawers for clothes. For a 4 night stay this was an issue. Room not serviced until after 3. Been out since 9.30 wanted to come back and relax. Bar man often absent. Room was quite small and pokey. Liked hotel. "Upgraded" to a family room. Found the design of the room strange, did not like having two doors. Room looked as though had not been finshed - stonework showing below radiator for example. Looked "tired". Our tv didnt work and the person who came to mend it couldn't. We didn't have time to wait for another person to look @ it. The hairdryer was very disappointing. It took ages to dry our hair. In this survey i was travelling with a colleague which was not on the list. Decor a bit dated. Small room. Some parts of the Hotel where rather worn !. No free Internet plus one of th. Windows in my room did not close. Wi-Fi should be available to guests at no extra charge or at least not so expensive. Some of the staff inexperienced/lack of interest. Wi-Fi available but at a price. Breakfast not included and expensive. Having booked a non smoking room a month in advance to be told that there was none available for sat night got one for sunday night. the food. Staff is very slow in processing any request. There was confusion at check in which caused delays and later on problems at check out. The room are really not the same than the one in the photo on the hotel web site. Room is really old and not appropriate for the 4 star category. Decor and comfort was very antiquated. Air conditioner malfunction made for a uncomfortable stay. Fungus in bathroom, broken heater cover, cracks in the ceiling. Small rooms. Overall cleanliness for a 4 star hotel. towels inconveniently placed in the b/room.why did I have to climb into and walk along the bath to reach towels? cleaning coming into room at 5pm to clean the room just as we were about to shower to go out for the evening. Had to move room as the Non Smoking room we were initially given smelt of smoke and looked dirty. I paid to upgrade but new room although better had a broken window which banged all night and kept me awake! Not a pleasant stay especially when cost was £180!. My boyfriend and I arrived on sat 13th april and were allocated a room which was terrible, the walls were all cracked the bath pannel loose. Hair in bath, not happy at all & want action taken. Massively over priced. Value for money is rated low. The rate does not reflect the facilities or quality of food.
