  Very good - hotel spotless. It must be noted that I am in agreement that the hotel rooms are very small. It may help to put in the room dimensions in. If you were a 'larger' than average build you may struggle. The Staff were fantastic, very polite and couldnt do enough for you - even opening up a bottle of my own wine to drink in my room. The rooms were a bit small, but very clean. I would recommend a stay at this hotel and will certainly go back. Very good value for money!!

The staff that we seen were friendly and Sylvia on reception was very nice and extremely helpful. We were in a basement room at front of building but it was very bright and airy.   I chose to stay in an apartment instead of using a hotel because of being able to cook for myself. The apartment was compact and well equipped. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a compact kitchenette/cupboard system with sink, fridge, toaster, microwave and a portable ceramic hob ring so I was able to make a simple bre... what people say » akfast. I would however find it a bit more challenging to cook anything too grand. Overall I was very happy with to apartment and would spouse them ag - Firstly, the accomodation was right off two main tube stops which was extremely handy in terms of getting there. Upon arrival, the staff were extra friendly and helpful as we arrived a couple of hours before check in (they held our luggage). The apartment was spacious, ultra clean and fit for purpose. When checking out the staff kindly agreed tp extend our checkout time (10am) by 2 hours which was a godsend.
