I did not need to ask for anything - everything was just right - the staff especially the concierge were very helpful with directions to various places in london. it was very resonably priced and close to leicester square for our theatre visit

The location was excellent, literally 2 minutes walk from St Pancras Station, staff were great, room was great, very clean and comfortable.
