  The staff was very friendly and polite. We had such a warm welcome. We could leave our luggage even though we could not check in untill 2. Also when we had already checked out in the morning we were allowed to take our lunch in the garden and pick up our luggage in the evening. The facilities are great. The shared bathroom was perfectly clean, and nice clean towels were provided every day. The beds are - The location was excellent as it was near the British Museum and shopping streets of Oxford and Totterham. The receptionist Roger is very good in his job and in giving advise. I do the same job so I know what is expected.The Arran Hotel is a small place but has a great heart. Breakfast was tasty and grand. The bathroom/ rooms were very clean. I found the hotel to be in a great location. A great recommendation.

  Friendly staff, my wife and I enjoyed our stay. This was under £100 to stay on Sunday night, so good value. I don't know whether it would be the same value for standard rate (sometime twice as much). Hotel rooms were of adequate size and very clean. Breakfast was in the price and usual British fried breakfast of sausage, bacon, eggs, scrambled egg... what people say » s and stewed tomatoes. Toast laid on too. Hotel is slightly back from Euston Rd nearer to St Pancras than Euston and in a nice Victorian crescent of t - Front desk staff extremely nice and helpful. Street and neighborhood are safe and quiet, yet within 10 minutes walk of three tube stations, Kings Cross, Euston Square, and Russell Square. Rooms may be small, and stairs narrow, but you can't beat the charm of this historic building and neighborhood. Hearty buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

  Employees were so friendly, I loved how friendly and hospitable they were. Location is much better than expected its right next to oxford street and shopping is perfect for that! I love this hotel and look - The young well trained staff are excellent. The Hotel entrance is amazing, very polite doormen opening doors into the fabulous foyer, probably one of the best entrances in London. The place was very busy with a young clientele. Our room 210 was a good size but did not feel it was the 28mts as was advertised. A large TV with over 100 channels. Good bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Good selection of drinks and a whole drawer of nibbles. Highly recommended.

Staff were friendly and helpful, both in the hotel and restaurant. Slept well!!!

Breakfast was basic but adequate. Fruit juice, cereals and toast. Hot food consists of eggs, beans and mushrooms, no meat. The hotel is on a quiet part of the road and a good selection of restaurants are only a stroll away. P - The location was great since it was near the Baker tube station. The hotel was spotless, very well maintained, and modern. We had a triple room since my husband and I took my mother for her birthday and it was a little small but very doable since the room had adequate storage. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Breakfast was included. Staff was very friendly. They checked our card at night when we entered to make sure we were guests.

  The hotel was wonderful we couldnt have asked for more. The staff friendly and helpful, The lobby beautiful and clean and very plush looking. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The only thing I could find any fault with is that the bathroom was small but even then it was a lovely bathroom so we didnt mind too much.Very good locati... what people say » on aswell. Close to everything!!!!!!!!!!! - The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable. The health club facilities were very good and well taken care of. The breakfast is excellent and the restaurat is very nice. The position of the hotel is also very central (few steps from Oxford circus) I would certainly go back there.

  We were very impressed with this hotel. The hotel is very new, and running smoothly. Service from the front desk was exceptional as we were warmly welcomed and provided with a lot of information about where to go in Soho, and London for our weekend. The location is fantastic on a quiet but lively street with bars and restaurants, just off Dean St and an easy wa - Excellent location in Soho, just south of Oxford St. (Shopping), east of Charing Cross Rd. (Bookstores), and north of China Town (good food), Liecester Square (half-price theater tickets), and a whole slew of West End theaters. Very helpful staff at Reception. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and booked us a Mercedes to Heathrow that cost less than a black cab. When I asked for more coffee and ultra pasteurized milk for the room, they loaded me up. We spent a lot of time searching

  The Hotel itself was beautiful and had a very nice cosmopolitan feel to it. The room was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed being able to pop outside into the courtyard. The people couldn't possibly have been nicer and made me feel welcome the second I walked in the door. These personal touches make all the difference, particularly in London (... what people say » where you don't often get that). Location second to none. - The rooms were both lovely but the best thng about the hotel was the staff they were friendly and so helpful they really made our stay comfortable nothing was too much trouble. We left a couple of personal items behind and Sergei located them though house keeping and mailed them on to us. We had cockatails in the bar after dinner out and they were superb and the atmosphere was great.
