Went as a group of two couples and one single person for an overnight stay prior to a day at Chelsea Flower Show.The staff were extremely helpful when I phoned with a few questions prior to booking. The rooms and shower facilities were clean, with clean bedding and large bath-towels! Bed was comfortable and shower-gel/soap available in bathroom.

(they could top this up more), croissants, cereal, yoghurt, tinned
fruit, coffee machine, staff were friendly when I was making a mess!
Free wifi in my room even in the attic, tea tray which was nice. They
had an iron which was good. Excellent hairdryer.

We had a lovely warm welcome on arrival, our room was clean, warm and well equipped for our stay, its about 5 min walk from the bus, train and tube station. There's a friendly pub on route called the greyhound from the tube to the hotel which was nice to pop into for a night cap after a busy day of touring London.

Good comfortable room with a great breakfast. Hotel provided a ground floor room which we had requested. Easy walking to train and bus services. great pub only 100 metres away.
