The room was nice clean with comfortable beds and an excellent location (like 20 min far from Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, etc. ), also after check out I could leave my luggages there and I did not need to carry them all my way through the city before going to the airport. I will definitely stay there next time too. Upon arival when I explained that I needed three single beds, not adouble and singe, they managed to meet my needs in a helpful wayalthough they were booked.

The carpet in the room was coming apart a bit but then so is the one in my house.The sound of someones washing machine running at 11pm you should askpeople not to use the machine after 9pm. the mattress a bit worn making it slightly uncomfortable !. no, not really maybe the rooms if they were bigger but it wasn't aproblem really. Bed needed new matress. Rooms were very warm, would definitely need air conditioning in summer. Small rooms, rather basic. No bar.Nothing comes to mind. rooms were rather cramped.Longish wait for breakfast table. Lift was very slow to respond so took ave 5 mins of pressing button fordoors to close!. Room a little small particularly the bathroom. Lack of hot water both mornings and we were unable to shower on second morning. Bought to attn of hotel staff. Narrow corridors and stairs. Was very warm and breakfast room too small. Bedroom small and very hot with no ability to reduce temperature in room. V.small selection of tv channels (no skysport!). Wasn't fussed on the kitchen facilities in my room. would have preferred just a bedroom and bathroom. bathroom needs updating, no airconditioning and room can be. A little cramped and the room was stuffy and hot. However you could rent an air conditioning unit for extra money but staff failed to tell you that you needed to do so before cleaning staff finished work at two.But hey for the price hotel was really ok. room was very hot!. room was ordinary en-suite,did match 'fabulous' tag put on it. Sausage for the English breakfast was poor. The receptionist's attitude bordered on rude. Continued to speak on phone while Customers stood waiting to make their request. I can only assume it was a private call because she spoke continuously in her own language - Russian?. Daily cleaning is good but maintainance poor ie extactor fan full of dust, sink drain pipe smelly and in need of bleach, radiators in need of thermostats.the menu for breakfast was the same every day, with limited options. Phone in our room did not work.
