The apartment was ideal for a family of four.
The facilities throughout the apartment were more than adeqate for our city visit and although we were only in London for 2 nights I would gladly of used this apartment for a much longer visit.

We had a family room for 4 and were kind of packed into the room but it worked fine - after all, we were out seeing London except when we were sleeping! Our favorite thing was the breakfasts served in the dining room each morning and the fact that they were free for our two teenagers (free for 16 and under). It was also a good size for a family of four to stay in comfortably. The reservations manager couldn't have been more helpful both before and during our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our only complain was that when we booked we asked for on site parking but were told there were no spaces available. However on arrival we were told that there were plenty of spaces and payed directly art the desk.
