Guests must be aged 24 or over, or accompanied by a responsible adult. The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests. The property has a strict non-party policy should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, guests will be charged. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted. Cleaning, linen and towels are offered weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee. Please note Stay Belvedere Ltd reserve the right to request a deposit of at least GBP 400 before or upon arrival. The property will contact you a few days prior to arrival, with clear check in instructions. Late check in can be arranged at an additional fee, between 18:00–21:00 30 GBP, between 21:00–23:00 50 GBP. For arrivals after 23:00, guests are requested to inform the property of their expected arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking. Late checkout can be arrange, subject to availability at an extra cost of 50 GBP. A security deposit of GBP 400 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
