Really loved the position of this B&B as it's both close to the Pleasure beach and Tower too. The seaside and trams stops are across the road. Also its very quiet at night with no hen or stag guests. The friendliness, cleanliness and overall quality of the hotel as Grant and Maria have spent a lot of time renovating the hotel, they were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast was also very good and set you up perfectly for the day ahead. The hotel is ideally situated for all attractions been a 15 minute walk from the tower and the pleasure beach with a tram stop situated at the end of the street.

The Food was Fantastic, Dave the owner and his Daughter were the two nicest people i have ever met they could not do enough for you.

The breakfast was lovely and cooked fresh and we were in a great location right by the sea and amusements! We had a nice room on the 2nd floor, nicely decorated & a great shower. The bed was reasonably comfortable. This hotel does not provide breakfast, as advertised, no problem, there is an excellent Cafe on the opposite corner (Walkers Cafe in Stow St), that provides an excellent full English for ₤3.90. Hotel is close to the beach and attractions! We managed to get free parking outside. The cost for this hotel is very reasonable.

I cant put into words how wonderful the stay was the proprioters went beyond the normal to help me and my friends without which my birthday wouldnt have gone to plan!!!
