It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful.   We have to echo everything that 'Adrian from Shanghai' has said about this excellent hotel. From the moment we entered the foyer to book in at the desk we were greeted by friendly helpful staff. Our room was spotless and surprisingly quiet for central London, and the air conditioning on such a hot day was very welcome.
