Everything This was our sixth two week stay at your hotel. We would not consider staying anywhere else as l,ong as you will have us. The staff was fiendly and made us feel welcomed. So close to the Victoria Theatre and Tube station it was unbelievable! A very enjoyable stay!!. This Hotel is situated ideally for Victoria Station which is what we required. Perfect!. I was there to sleep. Checked in at 11 pm and checked out at 6 am.

Slow check out. the restaurant food was nice but not outstanding. Also the variety on the menu was rather limited. the staff were a little brusque and the room had a little rubbish from the previous occupants in the drawers. Breakfast not included in room rate. This was a pity. the staff were not very helpful. They wouldnt call us a taxi on departure for 20 mins which meant we had to walk in the rain! I stood at the bar to get served for nearly 10 mins when I knew a member of staff saw I was waiting and the consierge was on the phone for 15 mins whilst I was waiting in front of him. Shame a the hotel was lovely.luggage being kept in reception as luggage hall very small and full. working hours of leisure centrum - very soon closed, now closed at 6 p.m. on the weekend, best will be to 10 p.m.slow speed at the check in /out desk. We were over charged for breakfast (charged twice) this has hopefully been rectified on our credit card as I had to phone the mistake though later when I discovered it.When I checked in I had to wait 30 minutes, due to lack of reception staff. Once I was given a room it was a twin room instead of a double room that I had booked, due to this I was told that I would have to queue up again to correct their error and consequently had to wait another 20 minutes to be served!!!. noisy at times and a bit impersonal. the price of breakfast 14.50 gbp. Room very cold. Internet access hopeless. One of the front desk staff who was very rude when complaining about the lights not working in our room. spa/ leisure club was dirty and shabby, duvet was too thin.
