  Location! It is located at just 5 minute-walk from victoria station ....so very handy if you do not have enough time. Located in Belgravia, it is just the perfect place to explore Chelsea and Kensington...if you fancy walking there is no need to travel by tube. I travelled with my wife and an 11-month old baby son and staff was really nice and hel... what people say » pful. They provided us a confortable baby cot and helped us with baby food. Breakfast is really excellent! Plus when you come back from visiting Lond - good location near to Victoria. small hotel but has all the amenities needed. really friendly and helpful staff. breakfast certainly different experience, sitting in the cooking area. no tea or coffee in rooms but free hot drinks and bottled water in reception.

  We have to echo everything that 'Adrian from Shanghai' has said about this excellent hotel. From the moment we entered the foyer to book in at the desk we were greeted by friendly helpful staff. Our room was spotless and surprisingly quiet for central London, and the air conditioning on such a hot day was very welcome. And anything we requested... what people say » such as extra milk/tea bags were supplied straight away and with a smile. We had an excellent evening meal and an equally good breakfast with one of - The location was first class. The rooms clean, the beds comfortable, and the linen of acceptable quality. The staff were friendly and chatty without being 'familiar' and we enjoyed our conversations with the various nationalities. [We are New Zealanders] The breakfasts were very good. The evening meals were well-priced and more than adequate [especially the marinated ribs and the big chocolate sundae!   Location was excellent and easily accessible. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had many nights of sound sleep. On our return trip from Paris, we encountered some delay in getting our room and were surprisingly compensated with free breakfast :) On the whole it was a good experience for the family.   The hotel location was great, only a few mins walk from the tube, the room was great, clean and spacious and the value for money was great! Would definalety stay here again! - I only stayed overnight but the room facilities were excellent.
