The hotel location was great, only a few mins walk from the tube, the room was great, clean and spacious and the value for money was great! Would definalety stay here again!. I only stayed overnight but the room facilities were excellent.We used the hotel during our Zeitgeist-Bier-Mania! Oktober Bier Fest in Lambeth. The hotel is excellent, very clean, rooms great size with TV, kettle, even ironing facilities in the corridor! Hotel is being refurbished-not a problem. Free, off street open air parking which was great for central London. Although not a problem and easy to find, the hotel is called Comfort Inn!. all reviews »
The reception and kitchen staff, were courtious, helpfull and friendly.The hotel was warm and clean. really large and very clean rooms. the sex. The Hotel was a 5minute walk to an Underground Station. The Hotel was very Clean. I have recommended it to friends and family as being excellent value for money for a Hotel in London. Conveniently located near subway and buses. Within 10 mn from all main attractions of LOndon and center of town. Large room and bathroom. Confortable beds and very quiet.very quiet location apart from the humming noise which was continious. The bathroom was very clean and the beds were clean and comfy.Convenient, efficient, rooms were large, clean and modern. price and location. Convenience fo always being able to gain entrance at any time of day and night. Being able to leave luggage before official checkin time. The hotel was within walking distance to The House of Parliament and the London Eye, but also a bus stop was in front of the hotel that connected the area to the center of the city. The room was nice, clean, they changed the towels every day, staff was ok.The hotel is very good.There is a bus stop just next to the hotel (bus n88 and 2) and a big supermarket in the opposite street.Do not look for hotel 87, it wasn't easy to find the hotel because the name is comfort inn. It had just been refurbished so everything was new. It was very clean and the staff were helpful when we had a problem with our safe.Good heating system, hot bath, very clean environment. Good transport arrangement when needed eg. taxi, airport shuttle. Easy to find, alot closer to tube station than stated, really good base. Definately book at Hotel 87 again!. The walk to the hotel late at night was a bit offputting, especially with the incomplete information. the doors of the rooms flapping very loud every time somebody was opened tehem, this is serious problem, you should put the rubber on the frame of the doors or something.The name of the hole is not Hotel 87, but Comfort Inn. It took me a while to actually find it. Luckily I went into the Comfort Inn and asked for directions (and was told that they were part of Hotel 87). No body told us it was realy called Confort Inn, so we spent hours in the middle of the night asking for Hotel 87 and no body could help us.I would have like a later kick out time... The shower gel dispenser was not very good. Rooms were hot, radiators were always on. The only way to cool the room down was to turn on the fan. The windows did not seem to block out the constant traffic sound from the road. Pneumatic drill. The hotel bar was small more of an extension of the reception.No fridge in the room.
