  Robert was very hospitable, friendly, and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was very tasty, even if it was just non-cook fare. It was all very healthy. The room was huge and the sheets were very comfortable to sleep on! The place was very conveniently located near eateries open until late, pharmacies, and a nice supermarket. Bus stop was very near, ... what people say » too. It was very peaceful and quiet. The dog and cat were very cute. Felt like home. - The location is perfect. Close to 3 underground stations and to Oxford Street. It has a familiar atmosphere and the people running the hotel are very nice, helpful and friendly. It is safe and the location is safe surroundings. It is very clean, beds very comfortable, and rooms are very spacious. Good value for money. Breakfast is good. Has wifi everywhere.

  I particularly liked the fact that it was a small but friendly hotel,staff were very courteous and it was like home from home. Very centralto the shops and the centre of London. I will definately book thishotel for my next stay.   B&B was very clean & comfortable adequate amount of towels, tea/coffee facilities with a choice of hot drinks in room. Good selection of toiletries in the bathroom, cooked breakfast/cerals is served in your room (no fruit). Very central in London, but outside of conjestion zone (sky tv in room with movie channels).
