beautiful and our family enjoyed walking along the quay. The breakfast

nearby Prezzo for dinner. Although we had a car, we caught the bus at
the conveniently located stop directly across from the hotel. Definitely
the right decision given the traffic and apparent lack of parking. This

Location is excellent with loads of buses into the city centre but the local bars and restaurants in Leith offer a huge choice, plus the new shopping centre is only yards away from the front door of the hotel. The place itself is only a ten min walk up leith walk to thw centre of town. The rooms are cosy and very clean. The shower is powerful which I love. Bed is very comfortable. There is free parking outside the door. We have stayed here a few times and find it ver pleasant. -
