    We had a great time at this hotel. We booked the hotel as it was so close to the royal albert hall and was a little concerned about the some of the negative reviews the hotel got. (old,need of refurbishment etc). But this hotel was the best we've stayed in london for the price. 1. Its right outside south kensington tube. 2.lovely building 3.good br... what people say » eakfast 4.clean 5.large rooms 6.good bar - I particularly liked the situation of the hotel to the tube the museums and The Royal Albert Hall which was why we chose it .The choice for breakfast is excellent and although it says continental breakfast there is bacon ,scrambled eggs ,sausages ,mushrooms, beans various meats ,cheese ,cakes ,tea ,coffee ,juices etc.

    We booked this hotel for a visit to the Chelsea Flower Show. The hotel was very easy to find and only a short walk from South Kensington tube station. Ideally positioned also for visiting the Natural History Museum (just across the road). The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful and the hotel was very clean.     On arriving at South Kensington tube station, we followed the directions towards Imperial College and after a straight forward check-in we were directed to our room which although small, was absolutely fine. It was immaculate and had plenty of storage space, a comfy bed, fluffy towels, a desk with two bottles of water, a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar... what people say » and milk. The bathroom was also small but it too was immaculate, and had plenty of storage space as well as providing mini soap's and shampoo's. Once - The location was superb as a base for sightseeing London and shopping (Harrods in walking distance!). Great for families wanting to visit the museums as they are on its doorstep (museums were fantastic!). The rooms although small are modern, clean and have opening windows, and nice ensuite shower. Staff friendly and breakfast menu offered a lot of choice. Everything was in close proximity to bedrooms, (refectory, swimming pool, bar and restaurant). Value for money, could not fault it during o

    Fabulous 1930's Art Deco building in perfect location. Greataccomodation we even got upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.Very private and comfortable. Nice being able to wake up and make acafitiere of coffee before facing the world. - I like the staff. They did alot for us.

    Arrived early at the hotel, not wanting to drag our bags around London before we could check in, asked if we could leave them there, “Not a problem Sir”, was the reply.     The staff was great, breakfast was good, and the hotel is extremely close to the tube station. This was a huge plus as I was traveling alone with two young children. - We were booked into the Goodwood Suite, which worked very well for our family of four. An added bonus was the 2 bathrooms in the suite.     Conveniently located just off Hyde Park in a quite, beautiful side street. Grand townhouse with generous, clean, bright and modern apartment, and well equipped kitchen. Very close to the tube and centrally located so most attractions were within a reasonable travel time. Lot's of restaurants and shopping close by. You could also walk to a number of museums, Royal Albert Hall and Buckingham Palace. Apartment wasn't spacious, but certainly enough room for the four of us.

    Everything regarding this apartment as perfect! From start to finish! Vey Nice Gentleman awaited our arrival which was 2am .. he showed us to our room and provided a brief tour of the apartment. We booked the 1 bedroom apartment which was much larger then thought. The bedroom was totally separate and the lounge area had a sofa bed. The kitchen was part of the living room, and had all the norm - the aprtment was more than expected- large with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and large open plan lounge and dining area. Earls court tube was less than 5min away with lovely take away on way home - masala zone - so no need to cook if did not eat yet- just buy food and eat at home .
