Would def. recommend this hotel, we will be back. - We chose the hotel because it was well situated for our needs. We have stayed in a number of hotels in Greenwich as we have family there. This was easily the best hotel we have stayed in in that area. Staff were very helpful and pleasant, our rooms were clean, comfortable and well furnished and the breakfast menu was good.

  The welcome was lovely when we arrived and everything clearly explained. The room was fine, the bed comfortable and the bathroom facilities good. There were tea and coffee making facilities, but we had to ask for more tea bags and milks as only two were provided. It is very centrally situated and easy to reach by both bus and train. The staff were happy to look aft - Excellent location for the O2 and also for quick and easy access to the city of London and London Eye, an excellent 'city' location with the feel of not being in the city. Wonderful restaurants and pubs in easy walking distance. On a good day it is highly recommended to take a river cruise to Westminster using the 24 hour Red rover ticket which allows unlimited 'hop on and off' travel.   The room was large and beautiful. The double was two singlew together but still very comfortable. Separate toilet and bathroom which was useful and very clean. Much better than expected. The staff were friendly and when help was requested from reception came to help promptly.   The hotel is situated very close to the DLR station Deptford Bridge. Breakfast was great and staff helpful. Hotel is clean and room was spacious. You also get coffe/tea making facility in the room. Although Deptford Bridge station is in zone 2 of the London underground, it really takes you an additional 30 to 45 minutes to arrive to central Lond... what people say » on since the DLR is very slow and has alot of stops, thus if time is an issue for you do not book this hotel, having said this the price is cheap when - Highly recommend. Possibly one of the best hotels we have stayed in; simply couldn't fault anything. The staff were extremely friendly, went out their way and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were clean; fresh, clean towels everyday and beds made up. Everything we needed: Bar, restaurant, TV... Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and well organised.   We couldn't have had a nicer stay!! We chose the Angerstein Hotel due to it's location from the o2 (a £5 taxi ride away, between three of us) and the price of the room (I think £110). Thankyou Clarendom for making my birthday a day to remember. - This hotel was close to 02 arena where we were attending concert and was very accessible by bus/taxi. Staff were very friendly and helpful checking in and out. Room was clean, warm, and well decorated with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice and it was well presented. Excellent value for money and I will definitely stay there again.
