    The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, from reception to waiting staff. Family friendly atmosphere and you feel you are in the middle of the excitement of the city too. Excellent position for Albert Docks and the Echo Arena. A short walk from Liverpool One and the rest of Liverpool town centre and Museums in walking distance. A circular b... what people say » us route leaves just outside the hotel if you dont want to walk. - We were evacuated from hotel 4 am on our first night due to a fire in one of the rooms. Not a nice experience but what I did like was the way the staff managed to get everyone out of the hotel . They were brilliant. They kept everyone informed on what was happening and when it was apparent we were going to be a while getting back into hotel they transferred us to a sister hotel in the centre of Liverpool.

    the friendliness of the staff at the hotel were seconed to non , excellent. from the time of check in , to the time we checked out , nothing was too much trouble .one member of staff i would like to point out individually, alas , his name escapes me , but the young man who served behind the bar in the inntro bar ( eve of 29th may) was very welcom... what people say » ing and had a smile for everyone . very pleasant . - As above when I added a third person I was just expecting a sofa bed, or fold away bed, but there was an actual single bed, with no compromise on size of hotel room. Also both my son and daughter forgot their toothbrushes and unfortunately there were no shops in the immediate vicinity to purchase these, but you graciously gave complimentary ones. - Thank you!

    What did I like? - everything. The location was perfect - conference centre, Albert Dock, city centre on your door step. The room was surprisingly spacious and breakfast was fantastic.     The location is fantastic and right in the centre of Liverpool One giving easy access to the centre of Liverpool and also Albert Dock. The room is a good standard, although small compared with the Marriott. The beds are very comfortable though. The breakfast is about as good as it gets!     A first class location, very friendly and helpful staff nothing to much trouble.No noise at night able a get a good nights sleep on the two nights we stayed at the location.Room and bathroom spotless,shower very good and suitable for people with limited nobility.Both lifts in the building worked very well and produced no noise,no time spent waitin... what people say » g on lifts.Would stay here again at a future time no problem.The breakfast was good could not have wished for more, all items were found to be warm an - We both really enjoyed our two night stay. The room was basic but had everything you'd want, the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, we had to lye down after it ha ha. My wife is a coeliac and the kitchen staff were great as they had ordered in gluten free bread for her, she was delighted. The Day's Inn Liverpool is in a great central location and we will definitely be staying again. The staff were dead friendly too.

    The hotel it's self was fab! Really modern and clean. The restaurant and bar facilities were brill and there was even a Wii to play on in reception. The room was very spacious and clean, big comfy bed and modern bathroom with power shower. There was also a Ipod docking station which we made good use of. Although the hotel was a bit pricey compared to what i would usually pay, it was definately worth it and would stay here a - The hotel is located closed to Liverpool One and many attractions, including Albert Dock. There are many restaurants nearby, also some fast food chains and budget friendly meals (eg. fish & chips). Parking is available in the building across the street with discount rate (ticket to be collected from hotel reception), if guess brings their own cars. A Tesco supermarket is located in this building.

    The staff we really helpful and friendly from the start. The room was lovely and had everything in it that u would need and if there was something else that you needed like a bottle opener if you rang reception they would bring it straight up to you. It was very good value for money for all of the reasons above and also it's location. It was far e... what people say » nough away from the nightclubs so it wasn't noisey but also close enough to them to walk or if your really lazy like we were then it was £2.50 in a ta - Our 2 night mid week strip was partly to see Pink Martini (Oregon group) with the Liverpool Philharmonic, go to museums around the dock area and, inevitably, some shopping - this hotel was ideal for our purposes. 50% of their restaurant meals was a bonus and the quality of breakfast and evening meals was very acceptable. Room clean, good bathroom and bed - not large but not overly small (room 104). For a city centre hotel, very quiet on the Wednesday and Thursday nights.

    Staff were so good, prior to our arrival i had a few queries as i had read aome bad reviews online and they were so quick to reply. i would definitely recommend the printworks and have only good things to say about the staff and the accomodation.I'm sure early check in is not always possible but the room was ready on arrival which was great so we... what people say » didn't have to wait around and could head out shopping straight away! we had a two bed apartment that sleeps up to 6 and were staying two nights.our - Staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed with my daughter and twelve of her friends with another two adults for a birthday treat. We couldn't fault the apartments they were very clean and is only five mins away from liverpool one, it would have been more expensive going home for the night in a taxi even though we all only live approx ten miles away. My daughter has already suggested staying there on a night we are going to Liverpool Arena.

    The staff were extremely friendly. Every one of them had a smile and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were pleased to give ideas on things to do in Liverpool and obviously loved their city. The staff were much nicer than some in more expensive hotels. Shops were fabulous and plenty of nice bars and restaurants close to hotel. Absolutely rec - great location. Good value for your money. The front desk was excellent to deal with. My Beatle tour never showed up on the Sunday June 23 as it was previously booked 2 months prior. The young girl at the front desk mentioned the hotel has used 2 tours companies and she helped me book a trip with the Fab Four. Very impressed by her service. There was no pressure applied to use one of the hotel tours. Very professional

    We came to Liverpool for a night out and the location of the Hotel could not of been better. Staff were very friendly and helpful, security of the hotel was outstanding.
