  everything, staff were great and welcoming, room was great, beds were comfy and the water pressure in the shower was amazing, like gettin a massage. - the location was a huge plus and have absolutely no complaints about the facilities. Would not hesitate in booking a room there again.

  Good location: walking distance to the Piccadilly Station (about 15 mins, free bus runs on this route), close to the shopping district (about 10 mins). There are many small eateries close to the hotel and a Subway restaurant downstairs - we had breakfast there. Rooms well equipped - hairdryer, tea/coffee set. Clean, the staff is helpful (or at lea... what people say » st they try to be). - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked us a taxi when asked. We ate our evening meal at the hotel and the food was good value for money and excellent portion sizes. We also had breakfast which was great value for money. The room was basic but all we required. The beds were comfortable. The room was very clean.

  The hotel is ideally situated just between the very city centre and the universities, it's walking distance from major Manchester sites. The room was comfortable, clean and had tea facilities. Breakfasts were good (with a variety of options). The staff was very efficient, I especially would like to thank Joanna for her excellent work. The room is quite nice and clean, there is enough space to store things or to work and there is a kettle in the room. Convenient, clean and comfortable.

  The staff was helpful. The restaurant was good. It's in a nice location. Though it's outside of the city centre it was right across the street from a shopping center so that was very convenient. It wasn't to far a walk to one of the Free Buses bus stops. - it was situated in a lovely area, the taxis called by the reception staff had great rates... what people say » , the food was excellent, and the cleanliness of the room was of a very high standard
