    All was perfect. The location is very close to city centre just 5 or 10 minutes walk. The room is quite nice and clean, there is enough space to store things or to work and there is a kettle in the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel. - Very friendly staff in Reception, allowing me to check-in well before the time I was supposed to. Also the best latte and danish pastry I had for a while! So close to Piccadilly Station and Canal Street, a couple of minutes walk. Kettle in room with some tea and coffee. Plenty of storage and basic shower room and toilet. Can't ask for more. Convenient, clean and comfortable.

    The staff we very helpful and made sure we had everything we asked for. Thye were pleasant, polite and helpful. This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the railway station and two minutes from the centre of Manchester and you will go through or past canal street on the way - The staff were so helpful and nothing too much trouble for them.     The hotel is ideally situated just between the very city centre and the universities, it's walking distance from major Manchester sites. The room was comfortable, clean and had tea facilities.     Although the hotel was at the opposite end of Mancester to where I would normally stay I was very impressed with how accessible everything was, the significant cost saving on some of my usual hotels, combined with the excellent modern facilities, such as the Bose iPod dock made the whole experience so much more comfortable.     I arrived early Saturday morning (circa 10.30) and my room was available immediately. The studio was very well designed and extremely quiet (opposite the NCP car park) and I had one best night's sleep ever. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. I would stay there again! My granddaughter and my mo - It was in a very good location and in walking distance to Manchester Central Convention Center. It took 5 minutes to go there. Taxis, public busses, trams were all available depending where I wanted to go. There were many places to have a meal around the hotel. Piccadily area and station were not far away. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I slept very well for the 5 nights of accomodation. Almost no noise at all. The personel was kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and outgoing, which is a rarity nowadays in hotels with this star rating, it was more in keeping with a more expensive hotel or a higher star rating.
