I arrived early Saturday morning (circa 10.30) and my room was available immediately. The studio was very well designed and extremely quiet (opposite the NCP car park) and I had one best night's sleep ever. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. I would stay there again! Kitchen well stocked with equipment. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was not available for an early check in at 9am but they took my number and called me as soon as it was available. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. As a female lone traveller I also felt quite safe. The location was perfect.
all reviews » My studio apartment was clean, simply furnished, comfortable and quiet. It was excellent value for money - a great choice if you don't need the facilities of a hotel, and want somewhere that feels a bit more 'homely'. Our apartment was excellent, good size, clean and fully stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good, 5 minutes from Picadilly Station and close to central Manchester shopping area.Bernard offered excellent customer service during our stay. In our roomthe water had to be switched off due to a fault with the taps in thekitchen, in which Bernard offered a separate room for showering. the receptionist told us everything we needed to know about the room upon arrival, the room was clean and very tidy and it was perfect for the weekend i would recommend to anyone. we came for the weekend to do some Christmas shopping and have a night out in Manchester, we had a great time and the apartment was brilliant would definately stay there again. The location was excellent and it was great to have an apartment, and would especially suit those making a long weekend of it.Good location to rail service and downtown. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and easy to use. Nice bathroom. The comfort and relaxation of the room. The thoroughness of the services. The locality was perfect for what we wanted. The only annoying thing was the fan in the bathroom which didn't seem to be disabled after the light was switched off and was running practically all night. When the blinds were up, the room was a little drafty and the room noisy but that's what you get in city centre accommodation!. could by quity noisy in living room bit. the room that iwas staying was right next to extraction fan outside window which was rather noisy but one i was asleep i did not hear it. Smell in the lift and steps along the corridor when having luggages. The only noise was becasue our neighbour went out and left their telly on full blast - we got back to our room at 1am and security had to go into the room for us. There was a horrible sewer ordor in the elevator and in our room Not hotels fault but still. The hot water ran out half way through my shower. Very unpleasant. very noisy. Free internet would have been nice, or at least internet that's cheaper than £6 an hour. Checkout 1100 hrs, bit too early.Requested a twin room, booked months in advance but got a double room. parking facilities but being a city centre location thats to be expected really. it was hot in the room but a fan was provided.

Late departures are available until 14:00 on Sundays and public holidays (subject to availability). There is an extra charge for late check-out and it must be agreed upon arrival. Any cancellations must be received by 14:00 on the day prior to arrival. Please note that all cash payments will require a deposit, which is refundable on departure. For any prepaid accommodation we will require for the card holder to present the same card at time of check-in which was used at the time of booking.
