The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was tiny but very clean and comfortable (the shower excellent!) and quiet for its location, and the breakfast was great. - Friendliness of staff and the breakfast was good, with plenty of extra toast if you wanted it.. Tea,coffee and milk replaced in room daily. Location was perfect.

A direct bus from kings cross area stopped within a minutes walk of the hotel.

The service was excellent, we especially love the breakfast service (delivered to your room at 8am sharp), also the location is strategic and convenient - very close to the Paddington train station, there are plenty of halal restaurants nearby (suitable for muslims) etc. It was a pleasant stay, we really enjoyed it.

Friendly, helpful staff. Location just round the corner from Paddington made getting into London very easy. Despite our room not having a fridge, staff were very happy to store food in their fridge which meant our packed lunch and baby food stayed fresh and useful for our entire stay. -

Fantastic hotel, I can't fault it. Very friendly staff, great location as we were in London to go to Victoria casino. Breakfast was great and for the price it really was superb! I would definitely go back again. -

Room was very spacious, and even had a cute old fashioned stove as an 'original feature' I assume.
Wi-Fi was excellent.
Table and chairs so you can eat in the room and not be on the bed which was nice. Also we had a sink, fridge, and stove etc in our room. Would've come in handy on a longer stay.
Overall it proved a good option for us, as we have been to London several times before, maybe not the best for a first time visitor.

The location is very strategic and highly accessible to anywhere, everywhere via the Underground Tube which is about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. There are also couple of restaurants between the tube and the hotel which we could catch a bite or have our meals while on the way back to the hotel. The hotel room is cosy and clean. Breakfast was good with a fairly reasonable spread of food. The staffs were great and makes me feel at ease, as if I was at home. Highly recommended :)
