  Close to Paddingtion station, the room is clean, excellent service - it has the most courteous staff. Well-trained and really good-mannered. I arrived really early (due to my early flight), and they let me check-in anyway because there was a room available. This is what I call considerate and flexible service. It was nice to have a separate shower and bath and also a separate toilet. The room was very well sound proofed given its proximity between Paddington station and the dual carriageway. They were luxuries an the beds were extremely comfortable! The location was prime as well, close to the Camden market, great resturaunts, and a close metro stop! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!

  We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared.   Particular thanks and complement to the young lady at the reception. Booking know how extensively I stay in hotels and can honestly say this reception has been the best ever - The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.

Excellent location , right next door to the Royal Albert Hall where I went for the Proms , small room overlooking main road with crispy white clean sheets , kettle with complimentary tea and coffee and a free bottle of water . It has a 24 hours re - Central London location, close to Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall, although not that close to any tube station. I had a single room with ensuite, which was nice. Can access rooms via a lift, which is good. There is a walk to breakfast, but not a problem. Liked the communal atmosphere - the uni bar is at the bottom of the courtyard and people sit around on the grass enjoying a beverage.

  On arriving at South Kensington tube station, we followed the directions towards Imperial College and after a straight forward check-in we were directed to our room which although small, was absolutely fine. It was immaculate and had plenty of storage space, a comfy bed, fluffy towels, a desk with two bottles of water, a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar... what people say » and milk. The bathroom was also small but it too was immaculate, and had plenty of storage space as well as providing mini soap's and shampoo's. Once - The location was superb as a base for sightseeing London and shopping (Harrods in walking distance!). Great for families wanting to visit the museums as they are on its doorstep (museums were fantastic!). The rooms although small are modern, clean and have opening windows, and nice ensuite shower. Staff friendly and breakfast menu offered a lot of choice. Everything was in close proximity to bedrooms, (refectory, swimming pool, bar and restaurant). Value for money, could not fault it during o
