Close to Paddingtion station, the room is clean, excellent service - it has the most courteous staff. Well-trained and really good-mannered. I arrived really early (due to my early flight), and they let me check-in anyway because there was a room available. This is what I call considerate and flexible service. Some hotels would stick to their check-in time regardless!. The hotel was very modern, with very cclean and well set-out rooms. It was nice to have a separate shower and bath and also a separate toilet. The room was very well sound proofed given its proximity between Paddington station and the dual carriageway. Plus the pool, gym and sauna was a bonus. Highly recommended for those arriving at Paddington station.

The only very slight niggle was a small wardrobe.The remote control does not enable user to switch on the subtitles on the television in the room. My room only had a shower and no bath tub. Shower was still really nice one, but in winter I wish I had a tub.The convinience store is located in the same business facility but that closes quite early.The bed was way too hard. some noise from the train station and road at early morning but since it is located close to both it was to be expected. lack of food service. Internet should be included in cost.The double room for my boyfriend and me was a twin room. But anyway , wedidnt want to complain (the beds were big) and enjoyed the stay. not too keen on the fire alarm going off at midnight the last night we were there. Luckily it wasn't raining - there is no shelter outside at all - bit of a drop-off by the architects. It's not as if rain is unusual in Britain.....the location. there is no bus stition close the hotel. There are only two computers for the guests to use and often we could not access them because children were playing computergames amongst other things in them. I would recommend that these computers would not be open for that kind of use, there could be an age-limit on them for instance. Everything was good once we found it as it is quite new.The hotel appeared to be staffed by mainly foreign nationals, some who spoke poor english, but this did not reduce the standard of the hotel. Price of the mini-bar £2.50 for a can of Coke!. tiny toilet. We were given a room equipped with disabled facilities with no warning.Pretty pricey. The hotel is brand new, but unfortunately the swimming pool is not really big...Everything else was quite pricey. The room was cheap as we'd booked through this site but internet costs £7 an hour, breakfast costs £15, chocolate bar £2 etc. The bar was lovely but we didn't drink in it because of price. Pool/spa area unstaffed and quite small.No carparking facilities - adds a considerable extra cost with car.no baths just showers. There was no porter to help in lagguages.no onsite parking - i was a little concerned to leave my car in a mucky railway station car park, however there were no problems. also the walk to the hotel was a little further than expected, but still walkable. Bed hard. Coffee machine in room not working.We could not use the heating system, sometimes it was kind of chilly in the room. The ice cube machine was making a terrible sound, it was working all night long and there were no ice cubes coming out. Trying to find it based on the information supplied. Instructions said 9 mins walk. After 2 hours and asking directions from policemen, taxi drivers, traffic wardens and numerous others we were still unable to find it. It was only through the extraordinary kindness of a member of the public who took us in his car and search the vicnity that we eventually made it. Hotel needs to issue map to guests. A bit hard to find - needs some more signs. Breakfast too expensive but as you're close to the station there's plenty of options available there. Expensive internet too. Also the receptionists booked us a mini-cab who took us on a very roundabout route to the airport. Taxi might be better next time.
