  Wow! Such a friendly group of staff. The staff couldn't have tried any harder - they genuinely were a friendly and helpful bunch - Premier Inn should be very proud of them. Well done! The breakfast was wonderful, and again, the staff in the restaurant were fantasti - We had a family room for 4 and were kind of packed into the room but it worked fine - after all, we were out seeing London except when we were sleeping! Our favorite thing was the breakfasts served in the dining room each morning and the fact that they were free for our two teenagers (free for 16 and under). Eggs made to order, amazing sausages, beans, sautéed mushrooms, etc... the yogurt they served was organic. Compared to the kind of breakfast you'd get at a budget hotel in the U.S. - this w

  We had a fantastic stay at ‘The Rookery’, I cannot fault the hotel orstaff in any way. Previous comments mention the noise from a localnightclub, we had no problems with this at all and our room was locatedat the front which is where if you were going to have problems youwould. The stay was short but couldn't have kased for a better one. - Staff were good and attentive, good value if you are staying for a weekend as the City is shut, absolutely nothing open within a square mile! so be prepared to get a taxi into the lively parts of London, we paid a tenner each way into Covent Garden so based on the weekend saving it was worth it, have stayed in better 5* hotels than this but ok.
