  For a small hotel the facilities were excellent. I just wanted somewhere for the night to rest after visiting some of London's attractions with my young daughters. Easy to find with a great location near Paddington and Edgeware Road tubes. Staff were very helpful and polite and the room was clean, warm and comfortable. The room was huge and the sheets were very comfortable to sleep on! The place was very conveniently located near eateries open until late, pharmacies, and a nice supermarket.   Location was great. Rick in reception was very helpful, cheerful & friendly. Kitchen staff were very obliging at breakfast which was very nice. The rooms were basic & 'tired' but clean. The beds were very comfy. A no frills hotel. - The staff couldn't do enough, the hotel was clean and the breakfasts were lovely.

  I read so many badreviews that I was expecting the worst...but I was positively surprised.clean,friendly and efficents workers,the bed was super confortable (I usually have problems sleeping in some other beds) and towels and blankets were super soft!!toilette was ensuite!then the location is super,close to everything you need to see in london!!! ... what people say » - -The hotel was clean and comfortable.   Very good - hotel spotless. It must be noted that I am in agreement that the hotel rooms are very small. It may help to put in the room dimensions in. If you were a 'larger' than average build you may struggle. The Staff were fantastic, very polite and couldnt do enough for you - even opening up a bottle of my own wine to drink in my room.
