An absolute luxury stay and example of impeccable design and service. we were treated so well from start to end of our stay by all the staff. i wish i could have stayed longer but it was for my birthday treat so just one night. i also had afternoon tea which was an amazing experience and one i would wholeheartedly recommend! -

The foyer and reading room has excellent menus for dining and the afternoon tea must not be missed. There is a small but cosy Bar with incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

It is just perfect, fascinating contemporary designed flats, location in middle of action, very neat. The location is perfect. Close to 3 underground stations and to Oxford Street. It has a familiar atmosphere and the people running the hotel are very nice, helpful and friendly. It is safe and the location is safe surroundings. It is very clean, beds very comfortable, and rooms are very spacious. Good value for money. Breakfast is good. Has wifi everywhere.

For a small hotel the facilities were excellent. I just wanted somewhere for the night to rest after visiting some of London's attractions with my young daughters. A lovely cosy hotel in the best location: 5 min walk from Paddington railway station, 10 min walk from Hyde Park. Excellent host, polite and friendly. Excellent cooked breakfast. Small but very clean rooms. Free Wifi.

Location was great. Rick in reception was very helpful, cheerful & friendly. Kitchen staff were very obliging at breakfast which was very nice. The rooms were basic & 'tired' but clean. The beds were very comfy. A no frills hotel. -

The check-in worked really well, despite there being no on-site staff. The management worked hard contacting us before check-in to make sure we understood how things would work. As a result, it was very simple.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and was very well appointed with modern fittings and comfortable furniture.

Very good for family stay. Walking distance to oxford street and also the Charlotte street where full with resto. The service was fantastic especially responding our email queries. The apartment also called overseas to confirm our stay before our departure which we were very impressed by the extra miles service.will definitely recommend to the rest! We had a good stay at this scala house- penthouse at Tottenham street !!!!

I read so many badreviews that I was expecting the worst...but I was
positively surprised.clean,friendly and efficents workers,the bed was
super confortable (I usually have problems sleeping in some other beds)
and towels and blankets were super soft!!toilette was ensuite!then the
location is super,close to everything you need to see in london!!!
