  All the staff were friendly, (even though it was a big modern hotel)they were courteous and very helpful. A young man warmly greeted us atthe entrance when we arrived in the taxi and this warm welcome extendedto the checking in desk. Throughout we were treated as though we werethe most important customers they had (as I am sure were other guests)ev... what people say » en though we are just an ordinary couple. - We stayed in a double room that was like a one bedroom apartment whichgives you a sense of space which you do not often found at hotels inEurope. The decor was very modern with a lot extras. Considering therate we paid, this hotel is five star compared to other hotels we stayedat before. It's location with regards to transport in and around Londoncan not get any better.

  Once entering the hotel, we felt welcome greeted by friendly,smiling faces, from the staffs. As well as, from the guests. Our room was great; trendy, clean and comfortable. I also had a Spa treatment, at the hotel. Once entering the Spa, the staff at reception were warm and welcoming.   My initial expecations of a high standard were reassured by the exterior of the building , then the welcome of the manager who was informative and helpful .I requested a quiet apartment and was not disappointed .   These Apartments are perfect for a stay in London.The Manager is very obliging,we did realize after our first nights sleep the mattress was worn & the base was broken,I informed Oliver,the Manager, & he was very prompt in addressing the issue, it is clean,tho'probably not sound proof as they say & only laundries available in some apart... what people say » ments,I read that they all had one,so not sure if I am correct or not.Margaret Hagan - The location was very good, very close to the tube and in an area with lots of shops and young people,, since I traveled with my 15 years old daughter it was great for walks after a long day. The apart was cozy,clean and quite confortable with all the necessary for a short stay. The owner was very helpful and friendly, i will be happy to stay there again.
