These Apartments are perfect for a stay in London.The Manager is very obliging,we did realize after our first nights sleep the mattress was worn & the base was broken,I informed Oliver,the Manager, & he was very prompt in addressing the issue, it is clean,tho'probably not sound proof as they say & only laundries available in some apartments,I read that they all had one,so not sure if I am correct or not.Margaret Hagan.
all reviews » The location was very good, very close to the tube and in an area with lots of shops and young people,, since I traveled with my 15 years old daughter it was great for walks after a long day. The apart was cozy,clean and quite confortable with all the necessary for a short stay. The owner was very helpful and friendly, i will be happy to stay there again. Location excellent. Great staff to greet and settle you in. Layout and facilities good, bed very comfy, attractive furnishing, nice towels.Warm rooms, extra blankets available. Really nice stay. - well situated 5min walk to the campden town Underground station, 2min walk to the next Bus Stop the C2 takes you to Oxford Street in 5min - very friendly service. The staff were really friendly and understanding. Felt right at home. The room itself was a really good standard and in a brilliant location. Very conveniently located flat. Nicely done out, with comfortable lounge / kitchen area, and a bathroom. Location , location , location! No noise! Very important re camden town! Been here twice ill stay again. It is easy to like everything here,we would certainly consider staying there again if we return to London. Getting the shower to flow through the shower head instead of through the bath tap wasn't working or just too stiff. I sure staff would have helped but I didn't have time to ask at the time they were there. Bits of decor needed a redo, paint/plaster tatty in corners. Plug socket by sofa coming away from wall. Though this isn't the hotel's fault. With being in the heart of Camden there is going to be a bit of noise (including random women walking up and down the street doing vocal-warmups at half 6 in the morning. The bed was comfortable, but a bit fragile (the slats slipped off their ledge and I had to do a quick repair - and it was then fine). Toilet didn't flush adequately!. small bathroom, toilet seat was wedged between the tub and wall in room 1. Basement apartment with very little light, it isn't really a hotel, but an apartment rented by owner, who is actually the fur shop owner a top! We were quite surprised and worried at first, not knowing where we had ended, but all went great after all!. Dark basement apartment.
