  A very pleasant hotel ideally situated just three minutes walk from Paddington station. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful and I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel after I checked out and came back to pick it up later. The room was spacious enough for us, 2 large windows which opened fully for fresh air. All in all an excellent value hotel great to use as a base to explore London.

  For a small hotel the facilities were excellent. I just wanted somewhere for the night to rest after visiting some of London's attractions with my young daughters. Easy to find with a great location near Paddington and Edgeware Road tubes. Staff were very helpful and polite and the room was clean, warm and comfortable.
