The service of the Hotel staff and the communication of the staff before/during our stay. An amazing hotel, we would happily live there. We stayed in room 211 a one bedroom appartment and it was perfect. A tv in the lounge and bedroom a great kitchen and huge rooms. Staff were lovely and there is a small gym. All the doors are fire doors so you can't hear a peep from anyone else.
location is perfect, only a few streets from a main street with Sainsbury's a spar etc then another two minute walk to the arndale centre. A very short walk to town and the train station yet on a quiet str

Staff were ever so friendly and helpful, they spent ages trying to find a restaurant that played live music while we dined. the food at the hotel was fantastic I dont normally order order steak cooked rare outside of home normally medium rare as a precaution but i did there and it was cooked perfectly its the second time me and the wife have stayed there and no doubt there will be a third

the apartment was bright and modern, nice and clean, towels were provided along with complimentary tea ,coffee, sugar and milk, there was also a " survival pack" in the bathroom with toiletries in which was a nice touch. The Qubec Building was within 5 mins walk to the MEN and 10 mins to the shops which was really handy. -

Fantastic value for money in a perfect location. This was quite literally a home from home with every thing you need. Two very comfortable bedrooms so as a whole cheaper than having two hotel rooms, but also get lounge and fully equipped kitchen!
