    We stayed in a Premier room which had the most comfortable and huge bed I have ever slept in. The room was very clean and modern and the bathroom was tastefully decorated. The Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to park straight outside the entrance (Saturday evening to Sunday pm) for free.     This is not your regular hotel. For a start you get a full kitchen area with dishwasher and microwave. The room is large, spacious and well designed. Bathroom is funky designer with a great walk in shower and brilliant shower - loads of water and kept to temperature! Flat screen tv I can plug my laptop in to watch movies, very, very comfy bed. I went for the baseme - We had a Grand Studio on the 4th floor and there was no noise from outside or other rooms. We stayed on a Saturday so we did expect some noise. The room we had was lovely with a Super King size bed. The room was quite large and also contained a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, cutlery & plates, iron, hair dryer, free wi fi, flat screen tv with Internet access. Also, you had to be out of the room x 11am but for an extra £10 you could stay in the room until 1pm. Breakfast was simple but nice and

    i have syayed in a lot of hotels because of work, and this was the most comfortable clean and with very accomodating and friendly staff worth every penny - The stay got better the longer we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

    Really convenient hotel in central Manchester. It was really clean, and warm enough in mid-February when it was pretty cold out. It was quick to check-in and the staff were really nice. There weren't enough tea bags and milk as I drink lots of cuppas but I went to reception and they have loads there and they encouraged me to take as many as I want... what people say » ed. I paid £51 for a double room and this seems really good value compared to others I saw when researching. There were big windows, which was nice an - The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. For example, they have charging facilities for all mobile phones, they have a customer phone linked directly to a taxi service, they provided takeaway menus and organised the delivery etc. The room was really comfortable and I can't fault anything about the hot

There are many small eateries close to the hotel and a Subway restaurant downstairs - we had breakfast there. Rooms well equipped - hairdryer, tea/coffee set. We ate our evening meal at the hotel and the food was good value for money and excellent portion sizes. We also had breakfast which was great value for money. The room was basic but all we required.     When we arrived we were greeted by warm, friendly staff, the room was spaciaous and not a spec of dust! The bed was comphy and huge and the Thyme resteraunt had gorgeous food and value for money. The hotel was in the ideal location to return to from the arena and the free parking saved a lot of money! Buffet breakfast was just what we needed befor... what people say » e a later check out which meant a more relaxed morning to check out in our own time. The arndale shopping centre was 2 minutes away, amazing couple of - Great location yards away from Harvey Nichols and selfridges also next to an array of restaurants. We ate at zizzi before a concert at the men. Service was efficient and friendly. Staff at Premier Inn were extremely helpful It was freezing cold when we visited and without us having to ask they offered additional heating for our room. We didn't need it as the room was fine. Breakfast very good choice and staff happy to offer freshly cooked eggs and porridge.

    The rooms were large, tidy and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and outgoing, which is a rarity nowadays in hotels with this star rating, it was more in keeping with a more expensive hotel or a higher star rating.     The staff - I have stayed in many hotels and there has never ever been a quality of staff both in customer relations or attitude as all the staff I have come across here. They were incredibly helpful . I ate every night in the restaurant which was superb and had breakfast there everyday.     The friendly attitude of the staff helped us to feel relaxed immediately upon arrival, they were efficient and checking in in was completed quite quickly. The staff made themselves readily available in the event that we may have had a problem. My granddaughter and my mo - It was in a very good location and in walking distance to Manchester Central Convention Center. It took 5 minutes to go there. Taxis, public busses, trams were all available depending where I wanted to go. There were many places to have a meal around the hotel. Piccadily area and station were not far away. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I slept very well for the 5 nights of accomodation. Almost no noise at all. The personel was kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice.

A first class break!!! - The room was small, but had all you need for a short stay. We especially liked the idea that breakfast was served until 12.00am on Sunday morning and there was a late checkout time of 1.00pm. As we were suffering the effects of the night before, we rang room service, around 10.00am, to ask if we could have breakfast brought to our room. This was no problem and at no extra cost.

    We arrived on sunday, and left on wednesday. Room was very nice and clean. It was cleaned every day. Hotel staff was very friendly. We slept very good (no loud noises or anything). Location is very good. Very close to Manchester piccadily train station and close to the Apollo (where we went to see Alter Bridge on sunday) and close to the MEN arena ... what people say » (where we went to WWE on monday and tuesday). - When we first walked into the Hotel It was very impressive and the staff were very friendly and helpful, The room was clean and had what we needed.The breakfast was second to none . The location is right in the heart of the city with the bus stop 1 min away and train station approx 5 mins. So top marks all around. Thank you
