  We had a deluxe room. It was immaculately clean on arrival as well as after being serviced each daty. The room looked newly renovated. It was large by London standards, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was fine, but I will agree with other reviewers who said the coffee was awful. The breakfast room was was warm, but the fans help - The hotel was in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from Kensington High St underground. There were lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops just outside of the hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are small but excellent value for money by London standards. The price we paid included a continental breakfast so even better value. I would definitely stay here again. There are of couple of lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, but you have to take a closer look at the menu before you enter, because prices are very different and high prices do not guarantee a good meal. The price was superb for the location and the room on the 7th floor was so quiet. It was ideal for exploring this end of London. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

  Good value for money, comfortable rooms with cosy beds. Close to Earls Court tube station. Choice of bars & restaurants close by with some supermarkets. Breakfast was ok, But for coffee lovers there is a Costa Coffee machine! There was a group of us, we hadn't pre booked so they weren't expecting us.   It was literally a minute's walk from Kensington Olympia and the Kensington Olympia station, which was ideal for us. The hotel was very clean, and nicely decorated. My room contained a safe and a fridge, but no wardrobe, I was only staying one night so that didn't really matter. We hope to come to the same exhibition next year and this hotel will be - It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, the shower room was very clean and well designed, the bedlinen was crisp and clean and although our doubleroom was small, it was adequately furnished with enough storage space for clothes. The breakfast room was well laid out and the continental breakfast well served with plenty of choice.
