We could not fault this hotel in any way. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and courteous. Being a new hotel, it was very clean, the rooms were great (loved the showers). As the purpose of our trip was shopping, the Ramada is quite close by taxi to the Trafford Centre. The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone. We had asked for a twin room and when this was not available we were upgraded to a room with a super king bd in the executive area. The young manager who helped us was really helpful. We ended up with a most luxurious room and really enjoyed our stay The dining room was very attractive and comfortable and the breakfast convenient and of a good standard.

I booked this hotel as a Xmas present for my partner along with tickets to a show at MEN, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and the staff were professional, helpful and attentive nothing was too much trouble for them. We went to the hotel bar after the show which was intimate,comfortable and once again excellent service from the staff. All in all our stay was wonderful and we will definately be staying here again in the not too distant future x
