The hotel has a great dockside location, and is within easy reach of the city centre for shopping, the football and the superb Lowry Centre.

The Lowry Centre boasts exhibition space for contemporary art and the works of LS Lowry, and also has 2 main theatres and studio space presenting a full range of drama, opera, ballet, dance, musicals, children's shows, popular music, jazz, folk and comedy. The Centre also features outlet and gift shops, restaurants, sport facilities and a cinema.

The Imperial War Museum North is also nearby in Trafford Park beside the Manchester Ship Canal. For sporting fans, there is the world-famous Manchester United Football Club and the Lancashire County Cricket Club - perhaps better known as Old Trafford.

Ramada Manchester, Salford Quays is the perfect place for people who come to Manchester for a business meeting, as a visitor to one of the exhibitions at Manchester Central (formerly G-Mex) or a leisure break to visit the historical city centre of Manchester, shop at The Trafford centre or watch a match at the ‘Theatre of Dreams', home of Manchester United.

By Car
From the West (M62):
- Stay straight ahead at junction 12, where the road becomes the M602.
- At junction 3 of the M602, follow the A5063 (Salford Quays) onto Trafford Road.
- Follow this road until you see Tesco Metro on the left-hand side.
- Go straight on at the traffic lights and take the next left for the hotel car park.

From the East (M62):
- Take junction 12 from the M60 which becomes the M602 (signposted to Salford).
- At junction 3 of the M602, follow the A5063 Salford Quays onto Trafford Road.
- Follow as above.

From North M6/South M6:
- Stay on the M6 until you reach junction 21a for the M62 Manchester. Then follow the above directions from M62 West

From South M56:
- Follow signs for the A5103 Manchester.
- At junction 5 of the M60 (this is the end of the M56) follow signs for Stretford and continue on the M60 until you reach the turn-off for the M602 at junction 12.
- Then follow the above directions for the A5063.

From the city centre:
- Follow signs for A56 Chester. This will take you onto Deansgate and lead you onto Chester Road.
- Signs will say Old Trafford Cricket Ground/Trafford Park/Salford A5063.
- Continue on the A56 until you reach White City Retail Park. Then follow signs for A5063 Salford, until you have crossed the iron bridge.
- The hotel is situated on the right-hand side. To get to the hotel you need to make a U-turn at the 3rd traffic light after the iron bridge.

By Metrolink Tram
From Piccadilly station:
The Metro link can be found in Piccadilly station. Catch any tram that has Eccles as its final destination. The hotel is opposite the Salford Quay Metro (8th stop from Piccadilly Station). Travel time is about 20 minutes.
