  we actually got upgraded into the 'Hidden Gems' apartments next door because the owner had double booked our room. the apartment was amazing, and had a brilliant view from the balcony. the customer service was really good, we were met by someone who works for the apartments, and he took us to our apartment. - right in heart of manchester

  This was an excellent experience.The staff were very helpful and friendly.I very kindly was given an upgrade by Rachel as I was celebrating my birthday and also the Happy Birthday plus chocolates in my room was a very thoughtful touch. The River Bar is very chic yet split into different areas giving rise to a feeling of intimacy and privacy if you... what people say » so wish.Both Victoria and Marcus were very friendly and relaxed and made our stay all the more memorable. I will definitely return in the near future - I booked this hotel as a Xmas present for my partner along with tickets to a show at MEN, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and the staff were professional, helpful and attentive nothing was too much trouble for them. We went to the hotel bar after the show which was intimate,comfortable and once again excellent service from the staff. All in all our stay was wonderful and we will definately be staying here again in the not too distant future x
