We can enter in our rooms with magnetic cards key, it is very useful. The rooms are fantastic, all in mahogany wood with a large lcd tv on the wall. Great location, shop to one side, small cheaper cafe to the other. 1 minute walk from Paddington tube station where there is an express tube to Heathrow!

  The staff made sure we had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable. It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful.   I liked the fact that it was nice and quiet and the staff kept their distance unless needed. It was a lovely place to relax after a hectic day being a tourist. The rooms were spotless and the tea and coffee were well stocked in the rooms at all times. - Excellent Location! Cafetiere in the room. Good maid service daily. Helpful and friendly staff.
