Great location!!!! With excellent staff, very friendly and knowledgeableabout the area. Fantastic position for tube and bus too, staff very friendly and helpful (I don't know why I had a better room, with private bathroom, free of charge), delicious full english breakfast and have it in a pub is very nice, wifi very good, room and private bathroom clean and comfortable- discounts if you eat in- I'll be back for sure!

The guy at reception was unbelievably nice and did everything to help. I
didn't have my phone charger and was out of battery so he lent me
his, plus I had to check out before breakfast so he brought it to me the
night before! I was well impressed with his attitude and friendliness.
Other than that the place was very clean and excellent value. Also there
was loads of stuff nearby and it's right next to Paddington station.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The location is excellent with Paddington tube and train nearby. Parking was an added feature, but all hotels in the vicinity offer this facility. Room was clean and spacious- we had a family room.

Central London location, close to Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall, although not that close to any tube station. I had a single room with ensuite, which was nice. Can access rooms via a lift, which is good. There is a walk to breakfast, but not a problem. Liked the communal atmosphere - the uni bar is at the bottom of the courtyard and people sit around on the grass enjoying a beverage.

Of particular interest to me was the fact that there were plenty of pillows on the bed and included one really soft one. A good bed and soft clean bedding is one of the main components for a good night sleep and, after all, that is what I booked the room for.
