  The staff was very helpful and courteous. The location is excellent with Paddington tube and train nearby. Parking was an added feature, but all hotels in the vicinity offer this facility. Room was clean and spacious- we had a family room.

  We had a great time at this hotel. We booked the hotel as it was so close to the royal albert hall and was a little concerned about the some of the negative reviews the hotel got. (old,need of refurbishment etc). But this hotel was the best we've stayed in london for the price. 1.   Everything was awesome. Really nice little kitchen, shower etc. Nice bed. All china/cutlery included. Very clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent value for money.   The room was nice clean with comfortable beds and an excellent location (like 20 min far from Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, etc. ), also after check out I could leave my luggages there and I did not need to carry them all my way through the city before going to the airport.
