    Came to Birmingham for the Footman James Classic Motor Show and decided to stay on an extra day to sightsee. This hotel was the perfect place for us. It was very clean, staff superbly friendly, and the room was whisper quiet. This is important because it's only a block off the main drag, so thought it might be noisy. Would definitely stay here again and r - A well positioned hotel in the delightful Brindley place close to the canal street development with its variety of shops, fine restaurants and cultural centres. The hotel is well designed with well appointed and good sized rooms. Despite its position it is very quiet. The hotel staff are extremely helpful.

    Seeing as this hotel only opened up 5 days before I arrived it was immaculate, clean, tidy, fresh, open, bright, welcoming and many more. The best thing about this hotel was the Aircon as I always seem to overheat in other hotels that offer it but it’s just a fan on the wall, this place has an up-to-date Aircon unit which was perfect, the shower r... what people say » oom has a huge cubical space which is perfect for me being 6ft6, smaller cubicles make it hard to move about but not here. The beds were nice a soft i - The hotel was easy to find, as I arrived at the Birmingham train station (about 15 minutes walk). At arrival, staff was friendly and check-in straightforward and quick. They gave me big room with a double-bed, with a modern decoration in the 8th floor. A great desk and office chair for work with laptop was available. A generous LCD with relatively good variety of British TV programs. The room was very quite, no noises interrupted me at sleep. Breakfast quality was compatible with paid amount.
